Hi David,

1. The best free source is the Register of Deeds/Clerk of Court in your county.
2. Search Realtor.com and Trulia and some will definitely state "Bank Owned, REO, Foreclosure, etc."
3. Call a Realtor to guide you through the process of purchasing.
a. Buyers do not pay a fee (FREE).
b. There is so much legal work in closing one of these "bargains" that you need someone who deals with
this jargon, bank guidelines, attorneys, federal regulations, etc., a mistake can cost you dearly.
