I am a real estate broker on Long Island, NY . I am not familiar with California listings but would suggest you try every source you can find; including friends, newspapers, local MLS listings, supermarket booklets and of course the real estate brokerage community in general. You may also want to drive through the area and pick out what you can through signage..etc. be flexible. I am sure one of these sources will produce what you are looking for.
