If you want Bank Foreclosures that you may have a clear title on look on the your local MLS or on http://www.bidselect.com. You can find some at auction but you do not know whatyou are getting there and should not put any money into what you ge fora couple of years because the previous owner can reclaim the property. This again is why you need a Professional helping you in Texas.
