Probably not a liveable one. Good luck.

You should try placing an ad on one of the free home trading sites that actually work like Craigslist or http://www.CareToTrade.com or possibly even ebay

Try to List Your Home for FREE on http://www.TradeYourHomeOnline.com, It's a new site dedicated to putting sellers together for your exact scenario.

WOW! Rose, that is a good question. There isn't one in my area that fits that criteria. Is your home in Indiana worth only 50,000? Maybe you could check a website like craigslist.org for that. Or perhaps someone else will know just the spot. Good Luck!
