I would ask why you wanted this data and if you are working with an agent to find homes.
If you want this list to check & compare home prices to homes you are considering buying, then I would suggest that a Professional Realtor would conduct a Compapative Market Analysis (CMA) for you on those homes. The tools we have access to will give you a much more accurate price evaluation that just a list of sold homes around the Brighton area.
Also it is important that an agent doing a CMA specializes in the area that you are considering. If you are not aware, RE/MAX Platinum has more market share in Buying & Selling in Brighton & Livivgston County.
