There are many good opportunities right now and it's wise to work with an agent who has experience with investment properties and the loan options that are available. I won't profess to be know all of the ins & outs of 203K, but it has been around a while, so working with the right lender who has experience with that program is the key. I have worked with investors for many years, and send out a weekly foreclosure list of all available properties.
