Sherilin,

I can help you find FHA approved buidlings in Evanston. I have an AWESOME email program that will send you all AVAILABLE homes in Evanston that fit your criteria. As soon as new properties are listed or as soon as a property gets reduced, it gets sent to you. Are you approved for an FHA loan? That is the first step in buying a home. If you are GREAT! You will only need 3.5% down. I am very good at getting the seller to pay the closing costs with creative financing and you will only need about $1500 cash to buy a home. If you are not approved for an FHA loan, then contact Niki Igel, 630-854-7434 or Jennifer Borik, 8156-685-2088. Both of them are VERY knowledgeable about FHA loans. Tell them Carmen from Remax referred you and they will approve you over the phone for FREE! Oh, did I tell you that my services to you are FREE also?

Once you are approved, I will set you up on that email program and then we can go view homes. Are you a first time home buyer? Or have you owned a home in the last 3 years? If not, then you will qualify for the FREE $8000 if you buy a home and close by November 30th.

I am a full time agent, so if you have any questions, feel free to call my cell, 708-533-0515 or email me at trulia@CarmensHomes.com. I look forward to hearing from you.
