In Valencia you would have “Westridge” with beautiful custom and tract homes on or near the TPC golf course, “The Woodlands”, specifically “Presidio” and “Garland”, Lake front homes on “The Island” in Bridgeport as well as “Tesoro Del Valle” and some older areas such as “Windemere” in the Summit.

Stevenson Ranch has a number or areas including Southern Oaks. Hasley Canyon in Castaic, Custom Homes throughout Newhall including Peachland Estates, Hillside homes in Bella Vista Estates and Placerita Canyon for horse property. Custom homes throughout Sand Canyon and Robinson Ranch would be the area of interest in Canyon Country

All in all, there are numerous areas of Santa Clarita that would fit most all lifestyles of the Luxury Home buyer.

Let me know if I can be of any further assistance

All Luxury Homes are MLS Based, especially in this market - The days of Exclusive Agency Listings are something of the past. No matter the agent, Trulia is a good resource, you just have to decide on what the price ranges are with regard to Luxury Homes. If you are buying outside of Dallas Texas - That range might be from 300K and up for Luxury Real Estate. Those would of course include acreage, private lakes and quite possibly Ranch Resources. Santa Clarita Valley could provide Luxury at 750K in this market - But a clarification as to what Luxury means to you might give all those that have answered your question a better guide as to how to best answer.

Thanks for the opportunity .

Previous answers gave you really good suggestions. If you need a Santa Clarita point of contact, you can call or email me. If you have clients looking into doing a deal in Santa Clarita, you can refer them to me and I will do the same if I have some looking in the San Marcos area.

Depends on what is luxury, if you want Golf Course Views check our Robinson Ranch and Westridge. If you want horse property check our parts of Castaic and Sand Canyon. If you large enteraitment homes check out Stevenson Ranch. If you homes in the hills there is a nice tract in Newhall.

Check out my website for some luxury homes.
