When we looked at the house we put an offer on, the seller’s disclosure indicated that, among other things,?

the washer and dryer conveyed with the sale. We are still negotiating, but the washer and dryer have been removed from the premises. Our agent says that is perfectly acceptable, but I don’t understand how they could be put in the disclosure as included and then they aren’t. Is this really allowed?

Kelly. Items listed as included on an MLS sheet and the seller's disclosure do not automatically go with the home. If it was not listed on the agreement of sale, your offer, then it can be removed. I know that this seems confusing but the agreement of sale is your legal contract, not the disclosure statement. If you are still negotiating you may still be able to ask for the washer and dryer or an allowance for such if you wish. Your agent should have reviewed this with you and if you wanted the washer and dryer it should have been written in by your agent when they wrote the offer for you. Are you using a Buer's Agent?
