When looking at a listing in Celebration, is the amount for the HOA fee listed for the month or the year?

(ie, a listing at Georgetown at Celebration states the HOA is $802, is that amount for 1 month or 1 year?
If amount is monthly, why so high and if yearly why so inexpensive?

In my experience, the HOA fees field can be pretty confusing when their are multiple fees. There are really not good guidelines from the MLS on how to handle them. Celebration is especially complicated, as Vanessa indicates in her answer. Always check with your realtor as to exactly what they are.

Dear Steve
Celebration has what you would call a Master Association fee, which we call CROA (Celebration Residential Owners Association). The fee is actually $1090.16/YEAR (which is $824 + 266.16 for Trash)
Each unit in Georgetown then has a "condominum" fee and will vary based on the size and square footage.
If you have any particular questions about Celebration and/or would like to see some of the bank owned/foreclosured properties, please let me know and I would be more than happy to assist you.

Happy house hunting!
