Hello, again, Arline,

I would use Metlife.

Ia m a BIG fan of MetLIfe Home Loans, formerly First Horizon Home Loans. My favorite person with them is Judy Giel. I have always preferred a true bank over a broker. Just a personal thing. MetLife does very good upfront work and I've found when they say a loan will go through, it does.

I'd talk to someone with each and see how you feel. Make sure they provides you with a good faith estimate. This handy little document discloses anticipated loan costs and helps the consumer, you, know what they are buying and how much it will cost.

Arline,

One should always feel free to interview lenders and then decide which lender you would prefer to use
when buying your home. I personally have had no experience with Metlife Bank but years ago did use AMS
Mortgage and was very pleased with their services as a team.
