When it comes to finding out the sold price of a home in Havertown, the information becomes public as of the settlement date. This information remains unavailable until the settlement date as buyers could try take advantage of a seller if the deal were to fall through. Real estate agents with assess to both the local multiple listing service and public records can provide you with this information promptly as it takes a several months for the sale to be recorded in Delaware County.
Hello,
I am a local agent, and I can look up the information for you. Email me with the address of the house and I will give you all the information that I am legally allowed to give you. If it's an older home the mortgage should be recorded in public record.
Thank You,

A local Agent in PA can look it up as SOLD in their MLS system or look it up in the tax records once it has been posted. Though, it may take up to 6 weeks to be posted in the tax records. That is how it works in GA and may be a little different in PA.
