Two condos have sold on Vallejo in Russian Hill since January. A 1BR/1BA with parking for $587,250 (1970s building), and a 2BR/2BA in a contemporary building with one-car tandem parking for $790,000.
On the TIC front, eight TIC interests have sold since January. All were two-bedroom units. Average sale price was $659,375.

What type of building is also a big factor. Condo in a 2-unit building vs. a TIC in a 7+ unit building is going to have a huge value swing. Lots to factor in, and so there's really no substitute for getting out and looking at a TON of open houses, as well as having an Agent who knows the area, and can also look at past sales prices.

In order to give you an appropriate response we'd need to know more. Are you asking for an average price per sq ft or average sale price? If you want sale price it would make more sense to know BR's, BA's, parking, etc..., because there is obviously going to be a huge difference between a 1 BR and a much larger unit. You also said, "apartment." Do you want to know about TICs as well or just condos?
