You may want to consider a 2 bedroom 1 bath as well. There are some as large as 800 SF, for less than $400,000 in a pet friendly. That second bedroom will add a good premium to the price. Just something to think about.
I would also be sure to look at each parking space carefully, they vary a lot on terms of location and desirability in Waikiki. That can make a big difference alone.

There is no easy way to distinguish pet friendly buildings through our current system so that would have to be done for you by a Realtor you decide to work with.
Since you need a pet friendly building you are limiting your choices quite a bit. There are many more questions that must be asked to decide which buildings I will show you.

Please let me know what kinds if pets and their sizes as this is a major consideration for what building will allow you to have pets.
