I would recommend to talk to a mortgage lender to see how much you qualify. They will be looking to your debt to income ratio. Go on my website: http://www.FreeMLS.org to see prices in West Windsor area. See if your income is decent for this area.You can search by school system.

Sasha, this is a very difficult question as it takes interpretation as to "decent" Also individually you may be more or less tolerant of thhings like busy roads or homes needing repairs or even multi family homes which can allow buyers to get into homes they might otherwise not have afforded. I suggest you speak with a lender to determine what you can afford then decide if that is decent. If you would like to email me for indepth consult feel free.
