What would be a fair offer for the listings in Thurgood Estates? There are a few foreclosures that are in the
$390k-$500K range. I like the area but a little tentative about what would be a good offer/counter for one of these homes. I have qualified up to low $600k

FIRST ANSWER
That's a tough question to answer, Michael, without knowing which property you may be considering. The only sale this year was for slightly less than $450K net on 2/6/09. There is a current pending sale, but with a property closing date in mid-July. What does your selling agent advise?
