Mr. Periwinkle, Prices on the condos at Aerie Lane in Sky Valley,GA have been listed between $144,000 up to $221,000. So it depends on how well the condo has been kept and size. The last condo I can find on Aerie Lane was sold was late 2007 for $202,500. Keep in mind the 2007 market was much different then todays. I have some lots listed in Sky Valley that have seen some activity. Sky Valley should continue to be a viable market. Hope this helps.
