Hello Dangelo, The agent you choose to work with will be paid a commission by the seller. Usually there are no fees incurred to you by your buyers agent. I offer any buyer that works with me either a gift card of your choice with a value of $300 or I will pay for a 1 year home warrantee. It is important to choose a realtor to work with you as a buyers agent because they can find information for you that you may not have access to. And remember the agent representing the seller is trying to get his client the best offer. So do yourself a favor and find a good buyers agent.

There are a lot of great homes in the North Monroe, Mineral Springs, Wesley Chapel and/or Unionville areas where you are looking.

If the home is listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), all agents are offered the same fee (commission) by the Seller and their agent. I have seen fees in this market range from 1 to 5%, and occasionally higher if there is a bonus being offered.

There are a few Real Estate Companies and Realtors who will rebate part of their commission back to you.
ZipRealty is one of those companies and we offer a 20% Buyers Commission Rebate on every home over $100,000 - whether you are building new or purchasing an existing home or a foreclosure*.

Some agents will tell you their services are free to you, but here is how it really works:
You buy the home from the Seller.
The Seller has a agreement to pay their listing Realtor.
The Seller's listing Realtor has a agreement to pay your Realtor.
If ZipRealty is your Realtor, they have an agreement with you to pay you 20% of their commission*.

All of these payments are shown on a HUD-1 settlement statement that you receive at closing.
I review these financial statements in detail with every buyer.

*Details on the rebate and full free access to all MLS listings are in my profile, if interested.

Dangelo, if you are a buyer and you use me as a Buyer's agent to purchase a home or property, you pay no fee to me. Any commission I earn is paid by the seller. As a buyer you should take advantage of the knowledge and experience that a buyer's agent can give you at NO COST TO YOU. If you're thinking about buying in our area give me a call or email me and let's discuss it. Thanks.

Hello Dangelo,
If depends if you are buying or selling a property. If you are selling I have a lot of questions for you.. If you are buying there is no fee applied to you for an agent to represent you. It's always wise to use an agent. Make sure to do your homework when you are searching for a Realtor. Check their web sites, call their office and talk to some of their clients. then go for it.. I hope this helps. Penny
