Values around the parlor will drop, probably significantly. As you move out, the depreciation will lessen and Tewksbury is large enough that there should be plenty of areas who see no effect at all.

Actually there has been a historic depreciation of homes where gambling casinos have gone into a community. The community is viewed as less wholesome and find fewer families moving to the community.

Thankfully, it was not approved in Tewksbury.

Probably no change to property values, unless the house location is impacted by the increased traffic, noises, and potential crimes.

If the towns near the casinos in CT are any indication, nothing good will happen to values. I've had several clients who had to move to MA for jobs and cannot sell their CT homes.

Well, with Supply and Demand,
Property values will probably go up.
Business would see an influx,
Some new businesses would start,
There will probably 400 new jobs; good paying jobs too,
There will be a new option for a Prime Rib dinner,
And the car dealers will sell a few more cars every year.
