What was(Dec 07) and now avg price of a 3-4bdrm 1bath on Emerling Ave in Akron?

I think the property was over appraised. My loan is for $76,000 seems high...I've been involved in a scam so I'm looking for any help possible.

if you have a loan for $76,000 you won't get your money back out of it now. sadly.

That really seems high for that street. I know, I live in Firestone Park. The average home in good shape was around $ 60-65,000 in the last year. I do not know the condition of your home or the bank so I am without all the information I need to assist you. You may contact me if you like.
