Hi Alexandra,

This question should have probably gone under agent to agent rather than questions about home buying. I think everyone including myself thought you were a buyer with a question. There is an area on trulia for agent to agent questions. You can find that here http://www.trulia.com/voices/activity/-Agent2Agent-42-

Good luck...

Alexander that part of your clarification I think all of the respondents understood. What we want to point out to you isthat it is diffult to give a fair comparison to Truisdale vs. South of Olympic as an example.

Should you like a more detailed consultation or discussion please reach out to me directly.

Hi Alexander,

La 90210 would refer to what is called BHPO or Beverly Hills Post office. They have a Beverly Hills address but as Andre pointed out they don't get Beverly Hills services or schools. It's hard to give a percentage price difference as there are many factors that would go into it. Hope that helps!

Alexander great question, it is not as simple as your question would indicate. Beverly Hills Consists of different pockets. Hence if you just do a BHPO (LA 90210) comparison you will not get a true comparison. For example there is a price difference if you are south of Olympic vs if you are north of Sunset as an example. The numbers could be distorted if you include the Condominiums.

Beverly Hills Post Office is 90210, not a part of the city of Beverly Hills, but with the same zip code. So all the city services are provided by Los Angeles.
