Hi Ireneo,

Here are the remarks from the book report regarding this property: "COL/ SPLIT, ON ROWAYTON & DARIEN BOARDERS TO BE SOLD AS IS OFFERS W/NOT CONSIDERED UNTIL (7( CALENDAR DAY, ONLY OWNER OCCUPANTS, FED/ FUNDS UNDER (NSP) & NON/PROFIT, ORG WILL BE CONSIDER 8-12TH CALENDAR DAY,THE 13TH DAY ALL OFFERS CONSIDER. PROCEED TO MLS NOTES 4 MORE INF & FINANCING"

This is the property at 32 Woodchuck Lane in Norwalk. These 'special conditions' are listed in the above remarks, and refer to the financing, and when the bank will consider your offer. It is bank owned. It will consider all offers from owner occupants on the 7th day, thus giving a grace period before considering other organizations after the 7th days.

If you are not under contract with another Realtor, give me a call and we can take a trip to see this property together. With a pre-approval in hand, we could place an offer immediately to be considered in two days (7 days from listing date).

All the best, and good luck!

Hi, with foreclosures come bank addendums, these are conditions that they apply to the transaction. They vary from bank to bank but you will get a chance to review them with the contracts.

It is a bank foreclosure and they have a system on how offers are submitted and responded to
