Income should be $1,500 / week. At 30 weeks /year the rental income should be $45,000 / year. All expenses inclduing utilities, property management, insurance, regime fees, insurance, property owners assesment, and maintanence should be around $20,000 / year. this would not include any mortgage payment you may have.
