What's the status of 812(R) Crum Creek in Springfield, Marple Township. I know this home has been on and off
the market with some crazy asking prices. Now I think it's a REO but is off market.

I know that the home was schedule for sheriff's sale too, so it may be the case that it's pending foreclosure. We shall see.
This property was taken off the market in mid-January by the seller... could be that they're waiting for the busy spring market.

It has been withdrawn from the market again, although the price was lowered.
