Corbett Canyon sits more inland and has a true country feeling with the surrounding rolling hills. Cypress Ridge is much closer to the ocean and tends to be a bit cooler. There is a lovely lake in Cypress Ridge that many of the homes are overlooking. Most of the other homes have beautiful golf course views. There is a clubhouse and recreation center at Cypress Ridge, too.
