As you likely know from experience, home price is really dependent on state of home/amenities, etc. Currently, average price/square foot is about $190 for both Aviano and Villa De Sorano. Villa De Sorano has not had much activity lately with just one home on the market (MLS) now and it appears for some time as it is a relatively small community.
Keep in mind, Aviano is technically in North Phoenix though not too far from Villa De Sorano. Both communities are less than 5 mins from me respectively and i'm pretty familar with them (I'm in Desert Ridge). Just fyi, Fireside which is close to Aviano also offers some pretty good comparables to Aviano.

To give you a wider range of data, I have generated a list of homes that are listed as currently active, pending, under contract, and sold in the last 6 months via the MLS. This list includes both Villa de Sorano and Aviano communities. I have uncovered a total of 15 listings in these 2 communities.
Of the 3 active listings, the average price per square foot is $196.21.
Of the 7 homes that have contracts but are accepting back ups, the average price per square foot is $158.85.
Of the 3 listings that are pending the pricing is $172.67.
From the listings that have closed, the average price per square foot is $!49.62.

Good question! This question is often asked and misunderstood by many. Price per square foot is a good gauge of where a market is at, but what many people fail to calculate properly is the additional features of a home that will great effect and through of the price per square foot numbers.
You MUST make sure that the homes you are comparing have similar features, otherwise you will be misinformed as to the correct price per square footage.
An example of this is a home with a 3 car garage versus a 2 car garage. That upgrade add value, but won't be noticed in the price/ sqft. Also, a pool, backyard BBQ, or upgrades from the builder standard, will not be realized in the price per square foot properly.

For Aviano, the median sold price for the past 3 months was $154.94/sqft.
As I mentioned before I don't track Villa de Sorano as it is a very small community.

Aviano - Active are presently listed between $191 and $213sq'. The ones under contract and sold in the last year $139 - $188sq'. Sold in the last year between $121 - $178sq'.
Villa de Sorano - One Acitve at $812sq' and Sold n the last year between $154 -$180sq'.
