Hi abe, very good questions. As far as "a good price for a home in Lincoln Park, NJ", it depends on the specifications of a particular property...acreage, number of bedrooms, baths, total rooms, whether there is a garage and if so what kind & how many car spaces, whether there is a basement & the specs of that, etc. etc. When listing or buying a home it is imperitive to carefully review all comparable properties in order to determine the best price.

In terms of buying a house off Jacksonville...the convenience is wonderful! Jacksonville is a main road, but if the house is "off of Jacksonville", I don't forsee any issues. Furthermore, the houses on the corners of Squire Drive are set back from the road a bit.

Thats past the airfield isn't it ? I like it up there its a bit less busy but of course Jacksonville is kind of busy. The Taxes in Morris county are usually favorable and you don't hear much adverse about the town. As long as the commute works for you I would say go for it.
