There are dozens of the RV retirement communities. Some of these also have site built homes as well. There are two golf course communities that are 100% site built homes and are restricted to 55+ owners. These communities are Cottonwood Creek and Sunshine Country Club Estates. A retirement community is a subdivision that restricts its buyers to over 50, 55, 65 or such - not a retirement home. LOL
