I notice most people say south Arlington. We live in central Arlington and love it. We have lots of friends that are actually moving of South Arlington because the crime rate in increasing so fast. The schools down there are getting really bad also. We are actually have sold our house and are buying another one in Central Arlington.

Definitely in the southern part near and in the mansfield school districts is a hot area. If you do not have an agent yet it definitely would be good to interview a few and see which one you fit best with. I love first time home buyers as I have just in the past year became one myself. Tons of questions and concerns always arise. I am ready to answer those questions and help out in whatever way possible. With your price I would look in South Arlington! It's booming with new construction, retail shopping, and restaurants. It is a safe, family friendly area and most of the new communities feed into Mansfield ISD.
