The larger subdivisions have been posted, but there are several smaller subdivisions and other developments that are zoned Hagerty and Oviedo. To check a specific address for what schools it is zoned check out http://www.scps.k12.fl.us/schoolLocate.cfm , as far as which school is better, the best way is of course to check out the schools yourself, but other parent reviews can also be helpful and a useful site is http://www.GreatSchools.net

Most seem to prefer Hagerty, probably because it's newer! You really can't go wrong with either high school since they are both A-rated.

Oviedo High - Black Hammock, Chapman Lakes, Preserve at Lake Charm subdivisions
