The Caloosahatchee is a wide area. Mostly city, except for the Northeast and Northwest areas of Cape Coral. There are still some wells in Southwest Cape Coral. Eventually, these will become City. For more info on specific neighborhoods and properties, feel free to drop me an email or all. Realtorlloydn@aol.com.
I'm not sure I understand your question but will try! City water/sewer or well/septic are available in the area. If you need more specifics please let me know.
