If you are referring to the WHEDA program, it would have to be at least 3 years since you owned a home or had a mortgage. That program is only for Wisconsin residents and I will have to check if they are currently funded. The biggest stumbling block I have seen lately is someone's credit score. I would be happy to suggest a couple of lenders if you would like.

If you have not owned a home that was in your name for the last 3 years, you are considered a 1st time buyer again. There are some great programs in Ohio to help you buy a home also. I would be happy to help you find them & build you a home search that fits your needs. Thank you. David
