Most importantly, don't let anyone tell you there is ONE answer to this question. The variables are immense, and I hope you reach out to a Realtor for assistance.

I'd be happy to help!

What size house are you trying to build? How many sq ft? How many floors? Are you looking for upgrades? I work with builders who build modest and luxury style homes. Let me know if you have any questions.

I do have a plot in mind but I haven't placed any bid on it. I'm now in the process of finding the right builder but I wanted to get some idea of how much construction cost is.

Racecarf,

There is no "one-size-fits-all" answer to this. Costs vary depending on design of home, choice of materials, etc.

Do you have a particular builder you are working with? Do you own the lot and are just looking to price based on neighborhood comps? A bit more information would be helpful.

That's going to vary greatly depending on a few things like public sewer or private septic, the lot you build on and of course the builder you choose. I'd be happy to give you a specific answer to your question. Feel free to call or email.

Thanks,
