Pat builds a quality home. I've never heard a bad thing about his product. Make sure you let along well with the builder, as building a home is a long process. It's always nice to work with people that you enjoy!

Patrick Gray is a stand up kind of man. I've worked with Pat and his staff and I also sell and have sold a lot of homes in the area and know many home owners that live in a Pat Gray home and I have never heard a negative thing. He is still in business and that alone in this economy speaks loud enough.

Pat has been building a long time and has a good reputation. He builds several homes a year, each with its own unique feel. Never heard anything negative.

They have been around for over 20 years and seem to have a good reputation. Let me know if you find out more.
Have a good day.

Small builder, but builds a nice home. These are in a great location and priced very agressively for Southlake and new homes. Good schools...good location. Call me......my office in in Colleyville. You always want representation when buying a new home. Sounds like you have done a lot of the groundwork yourself, but every day on this site we field questions from dissatisfied new home buyers. Representation does not cost you a thing typically and you'll get the benefit of having someone in your corner assisting in the fight. It's a battle...even though the builders are nice and friendly, they're working for their interest not yours.

Have you thought about asking the families who live in that area? Where is your agent? It is new construction on the market for 38 days, $166 sq. ft. There have been some GREAT foreclosures in Southlake new construction move in quality.

IF you don't have a real estate agent happy to assist you, we offer a Dallas home buyer rebate where you can earn up to 50% of our commisssions.

Never purchase a home from a builder, seller, listing agent unless you have your own real working on your behalf. You are also covered under your own agents e & o insurance if something should go wrong.

Although I am not personally familiar with their work, here is their website. It seems they've been around for a long time in the building industry. They are not members of the BBB so cannot track any public complaints. He does live in Southlake though.
