The going rate is around a $1 a sq/ft then plus extras. Extras can range from a pool, multiple garages, newly renovated, etc.

Hi Bonnie,
It depends on the home. How big, condition, etc. Do you have a specific one in mind? Or are you looking to purchase investment property? Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks!

Hi Bonnie,

I would have to say "it depends". On the size of the home, Bedrooms, Baths, age, views, location, etc.

More information would be helpful. Also, good to search on Craigslist to get a range based upon what you are seeking.

Best to you,
