The reason why is that real estate is very local in nature and most agents in the Destin, FL area don't have accurate rental income stats for outside areas. Your best bet is to chose a good realtor who is willing to do some research in all three areas and compare. Rental income changes from unit to unit and building to building even within the same city, so it is a lot to keep up with. Let me know if you need additional help.
