What is the price 4 years ago for the Brand new model house with furniture build by Toll brothers?

Above single home selling now. I want to know the price appreciation since then, Just for information, i am looking to buy that house now, 2000 - 2800 sq.

I live in the Downingtown area. Please email me with the address and I will be happly to look it up for you. Is Toll still building the development? If they are you can expect a discount compared to two years ago. This would also impact on any used homes that may be for sale in the development. Buying one of these homes might be an excellent investment.

Pricing for that unit can be obtained through a combination of the MLS and Public Record. Please indicate development, address, model, etc.

FIRST ANSWER
I assume that you would like to know how much a Toll Brothers home sold for 4 years ago compared to what they are asking for their homes today. It depends on the model and the location of the home they built. If it is a neighborhood that was sold through a Brokerage and was on the MLS an agent can look that up for you on Trend (your area Multiple Listing System). If Toll Brothers sold the homes exclusively which is probably what they did you would have to look in Public Records. An agent can do that for you too.
