I just sold a home built in 1939 for $125,000. There is also current inventory ranging in the $250,000-$600,000 price range for homes closer to the turn of the century (that's the 19th to the 20th, by the way!). The big historic district is Union Street, where the old money families lived. You'll find that many of these homes have been picked up and are being lovingly restored to their former glory. As Concord grows, these houses represent a unique opportunity to preserve history and make a profit at the same time.
