I have the information you requested I just don't think it is appropriate to post it here and would have preferred to send it to you in confidence. Since I don't think you will contact me for it and I would like you to get the information you seek, I will tell you this. I know this area extremely well. The history of 39 Waker Avenue IS listed in the tax records. What you are missing (which is why other agents could not locate this property) is the fact that it is actually located in Upper Freehold Township. Allentown is just the mailing address! As I previously stated, I do not wish to post this information but If anyone else wants to, I guess they can.

If you have an agent, ask them. If you don't, head down to town hall and ask them.

For some reason, the tax records do not show the property at all. They also do not show 31,33,35,or 37 Waker either. Otherwise I could back into it using a tax map.

If it is listed with a Realtor I would call the listing agent. If you get the block and lot I can look it up.
