You might want to check out the Landmark and all of the new Landmark Shops. One of my clients can not wait to move in to one of their penthouse units. The building quality is far superior to other builders and they have great amenities, new shops, theater and restaurants are right there too. The movie theater offers all the popcorn you can eat with the price of the ticket. They also offer mixed drinks – a new concept for movie theaters. The 2nd Comedy Works will be opening in the Landmark in the next few months.
