It's Wexford Subdivsion. There are currently 3 homes for sale in there that range from $229,000 to $345,000. It's a popular subdivision, and is zoned for Steven's Creek Elementary and Lakeside high.

FIRST ANSWER

The subdivision is actually the same name as the street - Wexford. That is if you're talking about the walled and gated community across from the Publix shopping center.
