What is the name of the housing area that starts at Cheltenham Ave and Trumbauer Dr? What's the $$?
It's a recently developed community that is closed off and it consists of twin homes and row homes. Can someone please tell me the name of that development and the average price of the properties in that small area?

The Community is called Stotesbury. It's built on the remains of the former Stotesbury Mansion and some of the remaining statues and walls are still on the premises.
The homes are currently selling for about $285-310,000, depending on their condition, size (2BR and 3BR) and amenities.
