Englewood covers alot of geography. You can buy in some neighborhoods for $150-175k on up to $2+million in other neighborhoods. Part of the distinction is whether or not the property is within city limits. Thus, all previous answers are correct. If you'll refine your question we can all be more accurate.

Parts of Englewood are very low priced, some realy nice reasonable price neighborhoods, and some of Cherry Hills (where the really rich folks live) is legally Englewood which totally messes up a "median" number.
