Pthayes88,

Good answers below. What is the reason for your question. You probably need to be a little more specific. To get a median price of homes between $150,000 and $2,000,000 is probably not going to help with the real question you are asking. Let me know if you do need something more specific. We are here to assist you with all of your real estate needs.

Pthayes,
Englewood covers alot of geography. You can buy in some neighborhoods for $150-175k on up to $2+million in other neighborhoods. Part of the distinction is whether or not the property is within city limits. Thus, all previous answers are correct. If you'll refine your question we can all be more accurate.

Sue is correct.

But that just goes to show how irrelavent that number is.
Parts of Englewood are very low priced, some realy nice reasonable price neighborhoods, and some of Cherry Hills (where the really rich folks live) is legally Englewood which totally messes up a "median" number.

Englewood is one of the best for a bargain. The prices are a bit lower than much of the Denver metro area and the potential for a rising value in the coming years is enhanced by the light rail and all the surrounding development.

The median price in the entire metro Denver area as of October 31, 2012 is $250,000. You can buy a little larger home in the suburbs for that price than you can in Denver.
