I closed on a home yesterday in Dana Point. During the past 45 days of the escrow the prices appeared to be fairly stable. However there is a lot of homes that are behind on there payments and have not completed the foreclosure process. I believe the trend is still on a path toward lower prices. That being said, it’s important to do your homework and incorporate the trend into your offer. It might help your research by visiting my site at http://www.dana-point-homes-for-sale.com. In the last 5 days, 9 homes have come on the market in Dana Point. So there is some movement in the market.

Dana Point prices have come down, just like other parts of the country. Niguel Shores prices have moved lower as well. However, it is an extremely desirable neighborhood, with it's many amenties and easy beach access. We are seeing many more homes going into escrow, as compared to a few months ago. Buyers are coming back into the market.
Best Wishes,
