Ganseh one more issue. The guy who answered the question first is not a member of the multiple listing service here in Ventura County and has no way of pulling the market data for Simi Valley. The Ventura County multiple listing service is not part of the southern california alliance so you need to be an actual member of the Ventura Conty Regoinal Data Share to get the information. I only say this because when you buy a house you are making a large investment, you need an agent here in the area that not only has access to the market data, but local knowledge as well.
