What is the difference btwn a mobile home and manufactured home?

I see many mobile and manufactured homes in the 94043 area. What are some of the positive and negative things about buying these type of homes. Are mortgage interest rates higher? I would guess space rents increase each year. How much is insurnace annual? What should I be careful about and what should I be aware of?
