Please comment on the following concerning this housing market: 12 months of inventory, DOM is 110 days, prices have declined about 10%, Sales are down 14%.

I AM A REAL ESTATE AGENT WITH BLANCHARD AND CALHOUN AND I CAN TELL YOU THAT THE MARKET IS CURRENTLY SLOWER THAN IT WAS THIS TIME LAST YEAR. BUT IT IS STILL A VERY ACTIVE AND STRONG MARKETPLACE. NOT LIKE OTHER PARTS OF THE COUNTRY.

FIRST ANSWER
Although I am not a real estate agent, I do currently live in Evans and I can tell you confidently that houses are still selling here. Now obviously, it isn't as strong as it has been and also because of the time of year, there are more homes being offered, but last I read/heard, the average days on the market was 90 - given the economy right now... not too bad in my opinion!
