What is the current status of 7824 and 7809 Calle Cima? How will you compare the two? thanks

When a home has been in escrow for this period of time it more than likely will close. However there is a chance that it will not close at the last minute if the buyer does not qualify for financing.
I can keep an eye on that particular property if you would like and notify you when it either closes or comes back on the market.

The house could fall out of escrow or it could sell. It depends on how strong the buyer is.

Both of these homes are in the Cielo Community just outside of the Rancho Santa Fe Covenant. 7809 is in escrow as of 2/27/2012.
7824 Is my listing, They are motivated to sell, its a great floor plan for a family, One bedroom downstairs and upstairs their is a huge bonus room with 3 secondary bedrooms off it and the master is upstairs and down the the hall from the other three rooms. Both of these homes are in the Cielo Community just outside of the Rancho Santa Fe Covenant. 7809 is in escrow as of 2/27/2012.
7824 Is on 1.22 acres 7809 is on 1.75 acres and is about 500 square feet bigger.
There are currently 21 homes on the market in the Rancho Santa Fe area priced be twee $1,000,000 and $1,600,000. My website has up to date information on the homes that are actively on the market and I would be glad to help you find a home in this area.
