Let me see, Lots of folks losing their homes to foreclosure. Can't buy again. Where to live? Oh, they have to rent. Sounds like a lot of people who once owned a home are now becoming tenants. However, condos are much harder to rent. Such folks would prefer a single family home over a condo. Thus incentives may be offered by the larger complexes. I don't think its necessary for an individual investor. I found a great site to help you. http://www.rentometer.com. Its not my site, but I like it. I also know where the more desirable condos are in Vallejo. There are some great investor buys out there.

Hi Don,

It depends on where is Vallejo the condo is. I work with a few property management companies and would be happy to help you. Also you can buy home and or condo's in Vallejo for less than you can rent in some instances. I could help you with that as well.
