I just came across your question.You can find one bedroom condos in Saxony Manor , Log College and Meadowwood condos. You can look up all available listings in Bucks Montgomery and Philadelohia on my web site. In meadowwood you can fing something in 80s, in Log College under 120k and in Saxony Manor in 140s.

Do you mean warminster, bucks county? 2 years ago I sold my 2 bedroom condo in yorktown village for 145k. They are going for about 155-165 now and are around 1000 square feet. The condo fee at the time was 165 a month. I would not recomend moving to warminster. It is really going downhill quick. It is overpopulated and overpriced.

The only neighborhood I know of in Warminster that has 1 bedroom condos is Log College. The few that have sold in there in the last year (1 BR/ 1Ba - 630 sf) were priced $126,000 - $135,000 with a $126/month association fee.
Most of the other townhomes and condos in Warminster are 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath and are currently priced from $149,000 - $245,000 with a monthly fee of around $175/month.
Warrington also has some nice communities in a little higher price range.
